Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate flights and hotel accommodations
- Maintain communication with donors and other stakeholders
- Prepare presentations and write meeting minutes and summaries
- Manage office logistics and provide ongoing administrative support
- Track tasks and deadlines
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Native fluency in English
- Fluent in Hebrew
- Proven experience managing complex calendars in Outlook
- Experience in administrative work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location
The position is based in Jerusalem.
Work Schedule
The position is a hybrid model of 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
