A social Organization is looking for Director of resource development to position that combines: Strategic planning and implementation to accomplish the organization’s mission, both in Israel and abroad, Manage all fundraising, donor cultivation and stewardship activities, Monitor major changes in the marketplace, both philanthropic and economic, and provide strategic direction based on that information.
Evaluate and analyze all resource development efforts and develop, with the Executive , appropriate strategies to address and improve results and more ..
the position is located in Jerusalem
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree- Mandatory
At least 5-6 years in Managing resource development department- mandatory
Experience in managing donor relations – Mandatory
English mother tongue- mandatory
