The position includes: replying to staff and client emails and requests, provide ongoing updates using the management software, for both clients and tasks, following up on learning package renewals, payments, as well as various technical and technological issues, assigning teachers to new students, coordinating calendars and more..

Academic degree – required (Social studies – an advantage)
Availability Sun-Thu at least two evenings a week (It is possible to work from home) -required
English at a Mother Tongue level – required
Ability to work with different varieties of software -required
Previous experience providing customer service – required
